Our thanks to Budi and the team for making our stay a lovely one. Budi was great with recommendations and assisting us when he could. Villa Santai is in a great location only a few meters from Sandy Bay Beach club, in a quieter area of Nusa Lembongan, with plenty of good restaurants and day spa nearby. We look forward to coming back soon and definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay on Nusa Lembongan. Do yourself a favour and stay longer, it’s a great island 🌴

Wir verbrachten drei Nächte in der Villa Santai und haben der Aufenthalt grundsätzlich genossen. Die Villa hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem en-suite Bad. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist sehr großzügig, am Pool (zur Straße gelegen, aber wenig Verkehr) gibt es ein Daybed mit Platz für zwei Personen. Etwas störend sind die direkt über dem Pool verlaufenden Stromkabel, die durch kleine Risse permanent zischen. Da das Haus in unmittelbarer Meernähe liegt, zieht die Feuchtigkeit schnell durch. Im Schlafzimmer ist es, besonders nachts, sehr feucht. Die Gastgeber sind höflich aber für balinesische Verhältnisse eher distanziert und nicht so warmherzig und hilfsbereit wie üblich. Die Lage am Sandy bay ist sehr gut. Wir würden die Villa für den hohen Preis nicht noch einmal buchen, unserer Meinung nach passt das Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Villa was lovely for a young family with closing outside doors which made it feel more like a home and secure. Also had working TV with children channels. Villa was lovely and clean, great showers, and great location next to Sandy Bay restaurant which had great food. Breakfast included was an added bonus at the villa. Overall would recommend.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Santai sehr genossen. Die Villa ist super sauber und wir haben uns in den maritimen Einrichtungsstil sofort verliebt. Die Lage ist super Zentral und man kommt mit dem Roller überall schnell hin. Vom check in bis zur Organisation von z.B. Schnorchel Touren, Rollern etc. hat alles super geklappt. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Große Empfehlung!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! Budi was amazing and helped organise a fantastic trip to Nusa Penida! Sandy Bay Beach Club is a 2 minute walk away and we had a lovely dinner there! Would definitely recommend staying at the villa!

We really enjoyed the stay in the villa !!! Breakfast was prepared live for us in the morning. The contact to the reception via WhatsApp was possible without any problems, even if it was not as intense and warm as in other accommodations. Nonetheless, our requests were always taken care of and our small request to decorate a room for a honeymoon was met.

Beautiful and spacious villa – Nice private pool – Rich breakfast, they come with a number of guests to prepare and serve with you (omelet, pancake, fruit, smoothie, toast) – good service (you can always contact Budi via whatsapp for questions) – near Sandy bay beach club (if you prefer not to cook yourself. Not much further animation, but that is normal in a private villa, you can enjoy the facilities of Sandy bay. beach club – outside the club there is not much nearby – quite high price, but we have rented this for 2 people (is available for 4, 2 bedrooms) – the rooms had a rather musty smell – only air conditioning in the bedrooms, not in the living area (was often too warm to sit)

Breakfast was great! Location is handy, though Sandy Bay isn’t a swimmable beach. For that you have to go a little further. Budi the property manager was 11/10. Check in and checkout was easy and the villa itself was super cute.
The only way the property could improve would be to upgrade/fix the TV which had a few issues – it would be nice to be able to watch a movie at the end of the day. There is also a rather loud electrical situation outside where the cables sit – I know this is a council issue it was just a little annoying.

We loved the house, it is a beautiful beach condo. The small private pool is very nice. Breakfast was preparated for us at the beach house. The beach is on the doorstep but the sea is too wild to swim. The nearby beach club is very nice, the food excellent and the staff of the whole place ist very kind.

Very comfortable Apartment, and well laid out although some more pool-side furniture would be good.
We were disappointed that you cannot swim at that beach, as it is a Coal reef, and no swimming advised understandably therefore you need transport to go to another beach.

Wow ! What a find … stunning in every way, gorgeous interior design and the most amazing pool with outdoor dining and a double lounger .. just heaven . Stones throw from the beach .. highly recommended

Villa Santai is a delightful villa with all the amenities you need for a comfortable beach holiday. The decor is tasteful, and the kitchen provides all the necessities to cook a meal. The private swimming pool is a convenient way to cool off after a day at the beach. Right next door is the Sandy Bay Beach Club, located right on the beach. The restaurant offers delicious meals that you can enjoy lounging by the beachside pool. We spent hours collecting shells and exploring the tide pools with our three year old. A relaxing way to spend a few days by the sea. The staff served delicious breakfasts and promptly addressed any concerns.

The villa was beautiful and we loved the location right next to Sandy Bay and Dream Beach. Communication was a cinch – Yuli was very responsive and great at making suggestions and dinner and scooter reservations for us. She really made our stay! We had one issue during our visit, which was that the water stopped working, but this was addressed in a timely fashion. Be aware that power sometimes goes out on the entire island for a bit – nothing under their control. This happened to us once but it was a very late/early hour when most were asleep. The villa is just as described. Super comfortable beds, powerful AC in the bedrooms, a pool with multiple levels for just the right amount of water while hanging out. Transport to other areas of the island was plentiful and easily arranged through Yuli. The beaches on Lembongan are gorgeous – do yourself a favor and book a stay!

Villa Santai exceeded all our expectations. It was even more beautiful than we expected from the photos. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The villa staff were so attentive and helpful and cooked us a tasty breakfast every morning. The location is very quiet, with the Sandy Bay Beach Club and beach just around the corner (where we spent most of our days). Our host, Yuli, couldn’t have been more helpful and planned our itineraries, booked our transport and restaurants etc. (Thank you Yuli!)
The house would suit families, couples or friends traveling together (like us). We will definitely be back someday!

Beautiful villa with comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and a nice pool. Walking distance to Sandy Bay and Devils Tear (especially for sunset, this was the best spot). Great location for a quieter spot on the island, we rented motorbikes to explore the island. Transport to the “harbor” was easy to organize. I wish I would have known the island shuts down early so we could have made better use of the villa at night. Overall had a great time and I’d definitely stay here again.

It was love at first sight, the villa is just gorgeous a wonderful place to stay in a perfect location. A white Sandy Beach, Restaurant, Bar and Spa, is a 1 minute walk away. Staff were fantastic, we’re already planning our return!
